We started the repair process on the passenger door of Matt's 1950 era Dodge Pile-House Pickup truck project. In this video he puts a new lower door skin on the door - both inside and outside. Check out other videos where we install air bags, lengthen the bed and CHOP the top.
Lots of fabrication to create the correct shape of the door. He used the Eastwood Patch Panel Kit, Brake, Shrinker-Stretcher, Grinder, Hammer and Dolly Set, Electric Shears, Rust Encapsulator, Self-Etching Weld-Thru Primer, After Weld, Spot Weld Pliers, Spot Weld Nozzle, and the Door Installation Tool.
