How it was developed for the world of Finance, Money, and Economics: England's "Electronic Random Number Generator" known as "ERNIE," a commentary on the fascinating1964 British documentary. ERNIE was a unique computing machine based on 1940's technology invented at UK's top secret Bletchley Park code-breaking facility and brought into the world of finance. Originally implemented by UK Government Post Office in 1957. This system is still in use today, using newer, more modern computers.
