TO FIX IT
Go to date & time after that turn off
- set time automatically
- set time zone automatically
- adjust for daylight saving time automatically

This problem don't let you open Microsoft programs or install other programs
"Microsoft Office can't find your license for this application. A repair attempt was unsuccessful or was cancelled. Microsoft Office will now close."
