I believe most ladies out there love anything that's chewy and QQ texture like pearls right? Cause I'm a hardcore fan of bubble tea and anything chewy basically. Therefore, these sweet potato balls works the same way when I needed something that's chewy and sweet!
Today's recipe is one of my favourite dessert that originates from Taiwan Jiufen (台灣九份)
三色芋圓地瓜圓食譜,do we call it three-coloured sweet potato balls?
I changed the Taro balls to pumpkin balls instead, but my recipe works for Taro balls too, so no worries Taro fans!
Sweet potato balls can be kept in freezer for up to a month. Do not thaw and just cook it straight from freezer in boiling water with the same process as per shown in video!

|| Purple Sweet potato balls ||
100g Purple Sweet potato
55g Tapioca Starch
3 Tablespoons Hot water
2 Tablespoons White sugar
|| Yellow Sweet potato balls ||
100g Yellow Sweet potato
55g Tapioca Starch
2 Tablespoons Hot water
2 Tablespoons White sugar
|| Pumpkin balls ||
100g Pumpkin
55g Tapioca Starch
2 Tablespoons White sugar
|| Taro balls ||
100g Taro
55g Tapoica Starch
2 Tablespoons Hot Water
2 Tablespoons White sugar
