🌱VEGAN DIM SUM RECIPE | Steamed Soup Dumplings, juicy and yummy! [ Xiao Long Bao ]素小籠包
Ingredients:
(About 20 Dumplings)
For the Soup Jelly:
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 small piece of seaweed
1 dried shiitake mushroom
3 slices of ginger
350 ml water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp Agar Powder
For the dough:
150 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
approx. 80 ml of 70°C warm water
For the filling:
150 g pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of minced ginger
1 tbsp of chopped green onions
150 g silken tofu
1 tbsp sesame paste
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp five-spice powder
1tsp salt
To serve:
ginger
Chinese black vinegar
chili oil
