The slow movement, a.k.a. ‘Slow Living’, is a cultural and social phenomenon that encourages people to adopt a more mindful, intentional, and sustainable way of living. In today's fast-paced and hyper-connected world, the slow movement can provide a powerful antidote to the stress, anxiety, and burnout that many people experience. As an architect who works in a field that is prone to burnout and high demand, I personally advocate for Slow Living for anyone, and in particular those working in busy industries, as we need the balance in our lives. This video explores the benefits of embracing the slow movement for our personal well-being and provides some simple habits that we can implement begin our journey.
