You might be trying to decide which Buzz Lightyear you want to get for your child. Here's an overview of the Disney Store Talking Buzz Lightyear 12". Hopefully this video helps you decide.
I ordered this online from the Disney Store for my 2 year old son with money he got from his God Father. Thank you Uncle Jarred. It was $24.99 plus shipping.
Here's the link to where I got it.

I was hesitant to buy this Buzz Lightyear, because of all the negative reviews, but I'm happy that I gave it a chance.
I think it's an awesome looking figure and it has all the features of Toy Story 1 Buzz Lightyear, minus the glow in the dark paint.
Pro's: Wide wing expansion, light up wing tips, light up thrusts, karate chop action, lots of articulation, a lot of phrases and sounds, helmet goes up with a press of a button, wrist communicator door opens up.
Con's: Stickers instead of paint on some parts (Stickers: red and white on wings had small creases from not being applied well, yellow Lightyear on chest was faded on part of sticker, blue and white logo on chest was ok, words on back by the thrusts were ok, logo on the arm was ok, sticker by the laser button was not lined up properly, and wrist communicator sticker was ok). I would have preferred paint. The only feature that was missing from the movie was the glow in the dark paint.
None of the cons are deal breakers for me. This is an awesome figure and I would recommend it. I just hope it doesn't break.
The bootleg Buzz Lightyear I got from 168 Shopping Mall in the Philippines for 200 or 250 pesos (approx $5-$6). I custom painted it, because there were a lot of parts that were not painted. It has lights and sounds similar to the one's in cheap guns.
Thumbs up the video and leave a comment. Thanks.
