We assembled the POY machine in Hangzhou. It is a part of the project of the system upgrade for pre-oriented yarns (POY) production (work in progress).
My job in this project includes:
1. Built novel system architecture and altered former locations of components;
2. Collated sizes of elements and manufacturing procedures;
3. Analyzed the human-product interaction for control panel and simplified its operation;
4. Assembled the POY system, mainly cases of control elements and motors, and the start-up structure;
5. Coordinated and negotiated multiple manufacturers.
