To fix loose slabs on a path or patio you need to make up a slurry to hold them down. In addition you will need to regrout the cement when finished.

To Make Up Slurry
For a small batch of slurry I use the following mix:

10 parts Cement
2 parts SBR
2 Parts water
Mix the slurry n a rubber bucket with a paddle until it is the consistency of whipped cream. Adjust quantities of the mix if necessary by adding more water or cement.
