Migrants in Belgium and across the world have neither homes to shelter in, nor access to health care systems during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. This leaves them unable to comply with government directives and extremely vulnerable to the disease. Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is providing coronavirus care for vulnerable people in Brussels, elsewhere in Europe, and around the world. “It is frightening because we don’t understand it,” says Leah Feldman, the medical focal point for the COVID-19 response in Brussels. Feldman has previously worked in Ebola and other emergency projects. What we can do now, she says, “is wash our hands and try to protect those who are most vulnerable.” Find out more about MSF’s response at [ Ссылка ]
