A limited edition offering of 250 casks of Hinch Irish Whiskey (matured in Bourbon casks) in preparation for the celebration of America's Semiquincentennial (250th) birthday on the 4th of July 2026.
This historic cask release remembers the significant role of the Irish in the formation of the United States - from the penning of the Declaration of Independence by Charles Thompson, Secretary of the Congress (from Maghera), to the printing of the 100 copies by John Dunlap (from Strabane), who as a young man was bodyguard to General George Washington (Battles of Princeton and Trenton) and became Printer to the Continental Congress. Of course, Dunlap after rising to the major lead Pennsylvania's cavalry militia to help suppress the Whiskey Rebellion in 1794!
The Hinch Signatories Cask Release remembers the 9 Irishmen who signed the Declaration of Independence.
