Shrimp Broccoli in Garlic Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
• 13pcs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 300grams broccoli floret
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• Salk and black pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the Broccoli into bite size pieces and blanch for 60 to 90 seconds, transfer to a container with cold water to stop the cooking process and set aside
2. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper and fry both sides in medium heat until becomes orange and set aside
3. In a small bowl combine garlic, fish sauce, oyster sauce, water, sesame oil, chili flakes, corn starch, black pepper and sugar.
4. In a pan or wok saute the garlic over medium heat for 1 min.
5. Pour the sauce mixture, continuously stir until the sauce thicken
6. Add in the shrimp and broccoli and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Ready to serve..
