This is my video diary from my most recent Ultra Marathon on the scenic Isle of Wight, UK.
From the extremely steep hills and cliffs to the muddy and boggy forests, this route was absolutely brutal. I hope you enjoy watching my second crack at this epic race. It really tested my physical and mental attributes unlike anything before.
