Here's my reasoning on the rankings:

5- Godzilla Minus One

Even though Godzilla is practically the same size as the Showa era Godzilla, his atomic breath in this film was well... breathtaking. The amount of damage this breath causes rivals even the much bigger Godzilla incarnations.

4- Godzilla Vs Kong

The fact that this Godzilla was able to shoot down to the Hollow Earth is already an indication that this atomic breath is no joke. On full energy, Godzilla could have obliterated Mechagodzilla.

3- Godzilla Final Wars

The spiral heat ray of this Godzilla was enough to explode a meteor shooting full speed at Earth, which is already insanely powerful. But he later gets an upgrade and shoots a red hyper blast of Atomic Energy. Truly powerful to say the least.

2- Godzilla Vs Destoroyah

Able to melt diamond, able to mortally wound the most powerful heisei villain, Destoroyah and able to literally destroy Godzilla himself from the inside. Likely the most powerful live action Atomic Breath of all.

Honourable mentions:

- GMK

No other Godzilla was able to combine Ghidorahs' power with their own and turn it into a new style of Atomic Breath. Worthy of being on this list.

- Shin Godzilla

Fire that engulfs part of a city then turns into an atomic laser that's able to literally slice through buildings. Even though it's not the most powerful, it's certainly the most unique.

1- Godzilla Earth

Combined with the massive size of this Godzilla, the atomic breath is beyond lethal. Easily the most powerful of the bunch.
