Rich and Rob had the opportunity to interview Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams. Eric transformed New York City school lunches by eliminating processed meats from the menu. He also successfully reversed his Type II diabetes with a plant based diet, along with his mother who decided she no longer wanted to be on meds.
