A series of exercises that, if performed daily will enhance your pointe, an exercise that is essential in classical ballet and also rhythmic gymnastics. The exercises in this video have been practised by KGA Director of Coaching over Anastasiia Siniushkina over a 15 year career which brought her to the highest possible levels of rhythmic gymnastics and saw her represent Russia on the international competitive stage.
