Lay down - Full extension
Slowly peel your spine off the mat like you are peeling a fruit rollup from the sticky paper
FEET and legs need to stay on the ground as you roll up
Option to bend at the knees
Option to bend at the knees and use one arm or both to assist yourself up
Option just lean back to your tipping point and do not go all way down
