The secret is in the sauce. Always.
I never measure, but you just need:
a bit of avo oil, soy sauce, orange juice, garlic cloves, chili flakes.
Start the cabbage crisping in the avo oil and garlic. Then pour the rest on top and cover to cook.
While that's cooking, spice up and roast some veggies (I used potatoes and shallots), and cook the sausage! That's it. Enjoy an exceptional and flavorful, super easy meal that will have you feeling satisfied and impressed!
