The quick-release hubs for several Eachine and Volantex airplanes and many aluminum adapter prop hubs are sized for 2mm diameter shafts. But the smaller brushless motor suitable for micro airplanes have 1.5mm shafts.
The solution is a metal sleeve to fit the two together firmly. I used 2mm brass tubing with .225mm walls, which provides a 1.5mm I.D. to begin with. I slotted a short section of tube so that the hub can squeeze it down tightly on the shaft.
I added a drop of super glue to the white plastic hub before pressing it onto the motor shaft, but it went on snug enough that I'm not sure glue was needed.
The aluminum prop hub clamps down on the brass shim firmly when you tighten the prop. I use these hubs with aftermarket 5030 props, since the stock props are slow to come by.
