This is a pilates tower only workout. If you have a cadillac or pilates springboard wall you could also do this workout because it is using the same elements like the push thru bar, roll down bar and leg and arm springs. This is a full body workout with some nice stretches added in throughout the workout. If you have a tower and don't know a lot of exercises to do, then definitely give this workout a try.
