Larita shares her thoughts on globalization in business. She also discusses her work in Bolivia and her learnings from the experience. Finally she shares her perspective on the importance of ethics in different cultures.

Currently, as a (full) professor of business at Indiana Univ-Columbus, Larita teaches financial accounting, intermediate accounting, and governmental and nonprofit accounting. Her research interests are special district governments and accounting pedagogy. ​

Larita "grew up" on a farm in northern Indiana. Her first career was with the US Dept of Defense, where she spent nearly 31 years and retired as a financial analyst (civilian). Larita also served in the US Coast Guard Reserve.

She has BS from Univ of Colorado and a MS and Ed.D. from Stanford Univ. Larita is a CPA, Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), and a Fulbright Specialist in business.
