Pro tip for your Cleans: Find your Power Position.
Often athletes fling the bar forward off their hips.
The goal should be to wrap your body around the bar.
Keep it as close to you as you can throughout the pull, almost as if you are taking your shirt off.
It seems counter intuitive at the start, but once the athlete learns these positions, it is far more conducive to find a strong power position or IMTP position in our testing protocols.
You can almost instantly feel the difference in the speed and ease in which the bar moves.
