Indonesia has one of the largest archipelagoes in the world and its fisheries industry supports the livelihoods of 2.4 million fishermen. But challenges are around technology and access to markets has resulted in many fishermen living below the poverty line. Aruna, an Indonesian startup hopes to change that by bringing together fishermen and connecting them to a global market through technology.
