With great manoeuvrability you can dodge long range fire whilst delivering a withering barrage of high explosive at over 16Km. Although your shells have an average travel time making aiming easy, a fairly high arc means that armour piercing only becomes effective at sub 10Km. All but identical to the fully upgraded USS Omaha, the Murmansk is one of those rare premiums that can hold a candle to its non-premium counterparts.
