Today 'who God is' is about Him referenced himself as a mother.

Mark uses Deuteronomy. God gives birth to Israel.

In Isaiah, the prophet talks about Israel and their fear that God has forgotten them. And Isaiah compares God's love and compassion for Israel to that of a nursing mother.
