Stephanie M. Sullivan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety, self-care, trauma, sexuality, and polyamory. She is also a relationship empowerment coach working with polyamorous individuals and relationships to help them create the relationships they want with themselves and with their partners. A speaker, writer, educator, and consultant, she contributes to The Affirmative Couch and trains psychotherapists and other providers on affirmative care and empowering sexual, gender, and relationship expansive communities.

When Stephanie is not working with clients, writing, or working in any way, she is often working on a creative project, reading, spending time with her loved ones, or cuddling with her two cats, Chai and Chouli.
