The basics of this routine appear in my 1995 lecture notes, How to Tame a Moose. It was a hybrid of Jack Carpenter's Multiplex Reset and Jack's handle of Jerry Sadowitz's Pocket Interchange. John Lovik, Scott Robinson, & Bill Goodwin added a suggestion to the original handle, and this routine was published in my Baker's Dozen lecture notes, 2015.
I have been doing Double Jack for over a quarter of a century, and it is still my favorite version of reset; however, Caleb Wiles' method is a close second.
