Former England football psychologist Pippa Grange was credited with helping transform the England football team at the 2018 World Cup and in this conversation she talks of understanding the cost of fear and how to face and replace it - explaining the difference between 'in the moment fear', and 'not good enough fear'.
It's the latter which is lurking behind many of our self-defeating behaviours, and that forms the focus of this episode.
