This workout can be done alone, if you are only looking for a fun and challenging Cardio Workout in the Water that will help you lose weight.
But , it is also continuation of another workout: full house of Aqua Aerobic Part 1. These two can be done together if only you are up for a real challenge: 90 min of combines exercises.
