Refined oil - 1 1/2 - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
ginger - 1 - 11/4 tbs ( chopped)
Garlic- 2 Flakes ( chopped)
green chillies - 4 - 5 nos
Big onion- 2 nos
Grated coconut - 1/2 Cup
pottu kadala- 1 tbs
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
kasha kasha - 1 1/2 tsp
perum jeerakam - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4 nos
Cardamon- 3 - 4 nos
Cinnamon- 2 Pieces
TOMATO - 3 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Water - 3 - 5 Cups (total)
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
