Today's BJJ question comes from Cody who is curious about if you can give 100% in training without going ultra-crazy and 100% intensity.
So in the video I share my ideas of why I can't go 100% in training. Not that I don't want to or that I choose not to, but why I simply can't.
I also talk about different styles of training where 100% intensity isn't needed and wouldn't be helpful.
