SCRIPT
A Tibetan exile lit himself on fire and ran shouting through a protest in the Indian capital.
Fellow activists beat out the flames with Tibetan flags and poured water over him. Jamphel Yeshi was hospitalised in critical condition.
The demonstration had been called ahead of Chinese President Hu Jintao's visit to New Delhi.
HE was in Seoul Monday, meeting with US President Barack Obama and other world leaders attending a nuclear summit.
Tibetan activists are angry about Chinese rule over their homeland. Organisers of the protest insist they didn't know about Yeshi's plans to set himself alight. There have been around 30 self-immolations over the past year inside Tibet.
SOT
Police are bracing for protests by tens of thousands of Tibetan exiles during an economic summit this week.
