Poy Kee Yong Tau Foo 培记酿豆腐
People’s Park Food Centre
I remember this stall has been around for the longest time.
In most modern food courts, yong tau foo means you pick your own ingredients.
For some old school stalls such as Poy Kee, the choice is fix.
Actually, if there are certain items you wish to skip, you can inform the stall owner.
Over in people’s park food centre, there are a few popular yong tau foo stalls.
Poy Kee, does have a queue during peak hours but the wait is short.
The soup is light but tasty nevertheless. The noodles do come in a set but it’s forgettable so I recommend ordering just the yong tau foo.
