Couldn't resist sharing my grandma's recipe for ginger biscuits with you. My lovely cousin passed the original recipe on to me and I just love it. As with SO many standard recipes, this one works wonderfully in gluten free format.

I said on the video that the biscuits soften a little the day after they are baked, as this was my experience the first time I made them. However, this batch stayed crisp when stored in a tin. I'm mentioning this just in case you notice a difference in texture between the batches you make.
