U.S. Senate Candidate Darryl Glenn and Director of Faith Engagement for the RNC Chad Connelly, visit Colorado Christian University to address students and community.
DARRYL GLENN, U.S. SENATE CANDIDATE
Darryl GlennDarryl Glenn is currently an El Paso County Commissioner and the Republican Party nominee for a United States Senate seat in Colorado in the 2016 elections. Darryl previously served two elected terms on the Colorado Springs City Council and is a small business owner, working as an attorney for the Glenn Law Firm. Darryl served in the U.S. Air Force with distinction for over 21 years of combined active duty and reserve military service, retiring in 2009 as a Lieutenant Colonel. In addition to being a lawyer, a retired Air Force officer, a small business owner, and a public servant, Darryl is a proud father to two daughters, Kristy and Ashley. He is a Member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations, a former PTA President, and an active member of New Life Church in Colorado Springs.
CHAD CONNELLY
DIRECTOR OF FAITH ENGAGEMENT FOR THE RNC
Chad Connelly previously served two terms as Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus tapped Connelly to serve as the Republican National Committee’s First ever-National Director of Faith Engagement. In this role, Connelly leads the RNC in launching its first web-based effort to rally conservative believers behind the party. Connelly, a graduate of Clemson University, is active in his community and church where he serves as a Sunday school teacher and Deacon. Chad and his wife Dana live in South Carolina with their four children: CJ, Leigha, Bennett, and Summer.
