Regarding Jesus judging the world, Jesus said in John 5:30-
'I can of mine own self do nothing: AS I HEAR, I JUDGE: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.'

Jesus is saying he will judge people by what he is TOLD from the father.

Jesus also said the disciples will judge the twelve tribes of Israel

Matthew 19:28-And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon TWELVE THRONES, JUDGING the twelve tribes of Israel
