CLOSE ENCOUNTER: Orca whales were caught on camera approaching and nudging the rudders of a yacht competing in the Ocean Race near the Straits of Gibraltar.
The team said there were no injuries or damage to the boat. The Ocean Race reported that "orca attacks" on boats, when whales ram into the rudders or hull of a boat, have become more common around Gibraltar.
