I eat at and review the famous Japanese ramen chain Ichiran. The restaurant has numerous locations in Japan and throughout Asia. They currently have 3 restaurants in New York City. I went to the Times Square location and ate in their signature solo dining booths while feasting on their classic tonkotsu ramen.
