0:24 UB+4 Damage Nerf + Lower Damage Wall Spike Combo
0:54 F3 BUFF Hitbox increased (Xiaoyu is taking a bigger step forward!)
1:03 RDS 12 BUFF second hit will not whiff in combos anymore
1:17 HYP 2 Nerf - It takes more off Heat Timer/Gauge
1:46 HYP 3 Nerf the move is -13 on block
2:31 WS2 BUFF - new combos are possible (ws2 into ub3 will hit more consistently now, let's find new combos!)
3:37 F2+3 Waning Moon Throw Nerf - it is now i14 fast and not i12 - combo damage nerf
4:08 NEW STANDING 3 combos thanks to F3 BUFF
Long story short: The expected combo damage and HYP 2/3 Mixup nerf has arrived. However we got some consistency buffs and a ws2 buff!
Nerfed:
-UF2 damage (also for ff12 and f212)
-UB4 damage nerf
SPIKE COMBO STILL WORKS AT THE WALL F21delayed2 into UB4 works, but 3+4 might be the better option now instead of ub4
-HYP 2 takes more heat time
-HYP 3 will be -13 now
-f2+3 wang's waning moon throw is i14 now instead of i12
Buffed:
-F3 consistency, will be better in combos, NEW standing 3 combo against big characters like JACK
3, f31, RDS2, RDS12 (T!), UF4 into WS4 or instead of UF4 HYP 2+3
-RDS12 consistency: second hit will not whiff in combos anymore (especially at the wall)
-ws2 recovery buff
- NEW Combos are possible now, WS2 into UB3 works now!
Nevertheless, Xiaoyu is still in a very good place, we can and should be happy about the changes and the overall direction!
