Cheung Chau (little "Long Island") is an island 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) southwest of Hong Kong Island. It is nicknamed the 'dumbbell island (啞鈴島)' due to its shape. It has been inhabited for longer than most other places in Hong Kong
Things to do in Cheung Chau
1. Discover the Island by foot or by bike. You rent a bike for $40 to $50Hkd.
2. Hiking: Mini Great Wall and the see Beautiful rock formations like, Vase rock, Ringing Bell rock, Lady face rock, Elephant rock.
3. Head to Pirates bay and trek the Pirates Cave. (Cheung Po Chai Cave)
4. Eat Seafood, drink Beer and Chillax and enjoy the sunset.
5. Swim at the Public beaches.
6. Visit the temples
7. Bun festival
8. Buy dried seafood
