chicken with bones 400 gm or 1 pound (approx )
ginger grated 1 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp or to taste
black pepper powder 1 tsp or to taste
vinegar 2 tsp
soy sauce 2 tsp
oil 2 tsp
butter 2 tsp
corn starch or corn flour 4 to 5 tbsp
chicken powder 1 tbsp or stock cubes 2
carrot cut like match stick 1/2 cup
mushrooms chopped 1/2 cup
green onion 1 stalk cut in to match sticks
green chili 1 chopped optional
water 5 glass
ginger julienne 1 tsp
take 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter in a big pot and add grated ginger in it.
saute for a minute and add garlic and chicken .
mix well and add soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper and chicken cubes.
mix well and give it a boil and simmer for 20 to 30 mins.
then remove chicken pieces from yakhni and shred it.
now take 1 tsp oil with 1 tsp butter in a frying pan and saute mushrooms first for 1 min then add carrots and saute 30 sec.
now mix it with chicken yakhni and add shredded chicken as well.
mix water in corn flour and before that boil the yakhni.
pour corn flour in boiling yakhni and mix.
pour egg in yakhni too and mix continiously.
add green onion and green chili
adjust salt and pepper and consistency and serve hot with garlic bread .
its a complete meal so you can enjoy it in dieting.
