Hey bar-shredding superstars; check out this 1 minute tutorial for supinated muscle ups with minimal kip.
They may look 'easy', but you really have to EXPLODE UP on the up-pull motion, pulling to your sternum and then really raise up/forward and lock-out with straight arms at the top.
Warning: Be ready for the extreme force on fingers/hands/wrists on the down-swing as you bottom out - and then be ready to explode back up with extreme force and power.
Practice by jumping up on a lower bar with supinated hand-hold and lean really far forward to get used to the technique.
