# coconut Rice # Ball Curry # Devil's Chutney

Coconut Rice, Ball Curry & Devil's Chutney are Anglo Indian classic dishes often prepared during festivities. These dishes are loaded with flavour with the minimal use of spices. Much like the Anglo Indian community, these dishes are so vibrant and comforting and always brings a smile to your face. With Easter nearing, this would be the perfect time to share this recipe.

Most of the ingredients in this recipe are home made. You can also use store bought products instead. The quantity of each ingredient can be varied as per your requirement. Please leave your feedback once you have tried and enjoyed this recipe.

Ingredients used in this recipe:
Coconut Rice:
500gms/2 cups of Rice soaked for two hours
3 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
4 Cardamom
4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Ghee

Ball Curry:
For balls
400gm Kheema/Mince
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Corriander Leaves
1 tbsp Mint Leaves
1 small Onion
For gravy
2 Big Onions
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam Masaaki powder
2 tbsp Corriander powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Tomatoes ground
200 ml Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Corriander Leaves
150ml Coconut Milk

Devil's Chutney:
1 big Onion
1 whole Garlic
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lime Juice
