When one gives chances then there are lots of takers....and when the State Govt lifted and/or relaxed the implementation of the New Motor Vehicle Act for the 2nd time for a period of 3 months, ppl thought that they get ''LIFE'' to go as they wish...but at the same time 5 things/points the State Govt/STA/ Traffic department says it won't spare the violators...now will the driver of this Activa be fined for violating the same or would be allowed to go, as there was no checking (may be a plea the department can take)....?
This attitude clearly says that ''We will NOT change''....and when the ''RELAXED TIME'' will get over again ''the public'' will shout that give us some more time as we didn't know about that....so my suggestion is PLEASE STOP THESE EXCUSES'' and penalise the violators with heavy amount, so that they will never ever think of violating the Road Rules...
