Over 100 guests attended CERA’s annual Macular Degeneration Information Forum on Wednesday 25 May to learn about the latest break-throughs in macular research.
Coinciding with Macular Degeneration Awareness Week (22-28 May), the event held at the Royal Australian College of Surgeons was hosted by CERA’s Head of Macular Research, Prof Robyn Guymer. Dr Katarina Creese and Ms Pyrawy Sivarajah also gave updates on their research into new treatments for dry and early Age-related Macular Degeneration.
