Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and all other passengers were killed in a helicopter crash in mountainous terrain near the Azerbaijan border, according to officials and state media. The charred wreckage of the helicopter was found early Monday after an overnight search in blizzard conditions.
