Char Siu Ingredients
1.Pork Collar Butt
2 suger 4 spoon
3 soy sauce 3 spoon
4 wine 2 spoon
5 bbq sauce 李錦記蜜汁烤肉醬 ( LEE KUM KEE BARBEUCE SAUCE)
6 honey
Proportion of suger:soy sauce :wine=4:3:2

1.Use one fork to stick the pork for marianding better.
2. Put the pork into clean water for 30 minutes
in order to clean the blood and dity stuff of the pork .
3.Marinade the pork with suger / soy sauce / wine =4:3:2
4.If you want to put some garlic spread is better.
5. If you can add 1-2 tea spoon of 李錦記蜜汁烤肉醬 (LEE KUM KEE BARBEUCE SAUCE)
that would be perfect.
6. Pan -fry both sides of the pork around 2-3 minutes to get nice brown colour.
7. Add some water into the pan and simmer the meat around 20-25 minutes depends on the size of the meat until it's cooked.
8.when you are sure the meat is cooked then turn up the heat until all sauce is reduced and absorbed.
9 If you want you can spread some honey on the meat.
10.Slice the pork .

The most important seasoning is suger/soy sauce / wine =4:3:2
If you have no garlic/ honey / bbq sauce is ok.
