Love/ relationship and commitment phobia is experienced by both genders and is the experience of intense fear or avoidance of commitment in romantic relationships. Love and commitment phobia can lead to an experience where you are emotionally unavailable to partners and even to yourself and I reccommend ACT therapy for this.
