Radiofrequency ablation means heating up the tumors to kill the cancer cells.This is done by radio waves.The method is inserting a needle through the skin to the tumor.other way is opening the abdomen and directly inserting the needle on to the tumor. RFA is done when patient is not suitable for surgery.
