Environment Minister Catherine McKenna told reporters Thursday, June 13, the federal government would not raise the carbon tax after 2022. She was responding to a report from parliament's budgetary watchdog that said an additional levy on carbon would be required for Canada to meet its Paris Agreement emissions targets.
